This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Offer technical assistance to users encountering software-related inquiries or issues within the LMS.
• Consistently update, maintain, and enhance learning systems and tools.
• Assist users, troubleshoot problems, and resolve technical challenges.
• Upload, organize, and manage training materials, courses, and resources within the LMS and other platforms.
• Generate and analyze reports regarding user engagement, course completion rates, and additional key metrics.
• Supervise and maintain data dashboards that track and display essential performance metrics for organizational projects.
• Create technical documentation and articles for a support knowledge base.
• Ensure the LMS complies with organizational standards and training requirements.
• Develop, modify, and deliver training to users on navigating and effectively utilizing the LMS.
• Identify opportunities for system improvements, test new functionalities, and implement updates.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience with LMS platforms, Smartsheet, and Power BI.
• At least 3 years of experience with Camtasia and Articulate.
• Strong skills in technical troubleshooting.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Familiarity with e-learning standards and best practices.
• Knowledge of learning content formats, including SCORM packages, xAPI files, HTML5 content, and other digital learning formats.
• Understanding of contemporary social issues.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience in identifying customer needs and delivering suitable solutions.
• Proven experience in managing communication with both external and internal stakeholders (customers, product owners, executives, etc.).
• Experience in supporting a diverse range of users with varying levels of technology experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Learning Design, Information Technology, Education, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Multimedia or Microlearning Certifications are a plus.
