This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Spearhead the implementation of learning solutions across CMS, GLMS, virtual classrooms, Degreed, and collaboration tools.
• Develop and oversee collection sites, sub-sites, and pages to effectively organize content.
• Create and manage evaluation links while providing deployment reporting.
• Offer guidance on content standards, naming conventions, tagging, and testing procedures.
• Supervise content inventory, archiving, and retirement through scheduled annual maintenance.
• Collaborate with ITS, Digital HR, stakeholders, and vendors to troubleshoot technical issues and enhance platform features.
• Advise on best practices for the deployment of global learning solutions.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with stakeholders while offering onboarding assistance.
• Oversee large-scale, cross-functional learning deployment initiatives.
• Assist in Train-the-Facilitator, Virtual Classroom, and Instructor-Led Training sessions, including logistics and scheduling.
• Track and report on deployment progress while identifying opportunities for process improvement.
• Provide support to content developers and users through platform expertise.
• Collaborate with Digital HR and ITS on testing and troubleshooting activities.
• Deliver technical producer support for virtual classroom sessions.
• Share workload, manage team capacity, lead internal meetings, and contribute to cross-functional projects.
• Implement ongoing enhancements to deployment processes.
• 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development deployment, especially in global, complex settings.
• Demonstrated experience in deploying learning solutions across various platforms and modalities.
• Experience in managing content management sites and facilitating virtual classroom solutions.
• Strong technical aptitude with a deep understanding of content management platforms and virtual learning tools.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and multitasking capabilities.
• Outstanding project and program management skills.
• Capacity to manage competing deadlines and multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Proficient in written and verbal communication.
• Strong problem-solving skills focused on operational excellence and business improvement.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours to accommodate global time zones.
• Willingness to adapt to a dynamic virtual work environment and collaborate with diverse teams.
• 4-month contract with the possibility of extension.
• 37.5 hours per week.
