Learning Facilitator – Security and Property Protection

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• As a member of WBS TRAINING, you embody your profession with enthusiasm and insight.

• Your primary responsibility as a trainer is to enhance the skills of course participants.

• In designing your lessons, you serve both as a content creator and a facilitator in the learning process — embracing Learning 4.0!

• This role involves delivering subject-specific instruction from the WBS LearnSpace 3D ® home office.

• You will employ a variety of teaching methods in your lesson design.

• Preparation and creation of curriculum-aligned teaching materials is part of your duties.

• You will conduct assessments to evaluate competency growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed vocational training program and/or a degree in the security field.

• Qualification as a Specialist for Protection and Security (minimum requirement).

• IHK certificate of competency in accordance with § 34a GewO.

• Relevant professional experience in the security industry.

• Prior experience as a trainer, instructor, or teacher is advantageous.

• Evidence of pedagogical competence (e.g., trainer certification according to AEVO).

• Strong methodological and didactic skills for teaching content.

• An independent and structured approach to work with a high degree of personal responsibility.

• Excellent communication skills and a passion for teamwork.
