Learning Facilitator – AI-Powered Content Creation & Digital Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• As a member of WBS TRAINING, you embody your subject area with enthusiasm and vision.

• In your capacity as a Learning Facilitator, your main objective is to enhance the skills of course participants.

• While designing your lessons, you assume dual roles: that of an instructor and a supportive figure as a Learning Facilitator for Learning 4.0.

• This encompasses subject-specific instruction delivered from the home office within the WBS LearnSpace 3D.

• Employ a diverse range of teaching methodologies for effective course design.

• Provide guidance and oversight to our retraining participants on their IHK-relevant reports and projects.

• Engage in quality assurance initiatives.

• Facilitate webinars and online informational sessions.

• Possess an excellent command of German as the medium of instruction (C2 level).

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training or degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Informatics, or Marketing.

• Experience in developing data-driven marketing strategies.

• Proficient in SEO, SEA, and social media advertising.

• Skilled in customer journey mapping and branding.

• Basic knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3.

• Understanding of legal fundamentals related to online marketing.

• Experience in social media content creation, including video, reels, and short-form formats.

• Proficient in storytelling and community management.

• Familiarity with tools such as Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or After Effects.

• Knowledge of influencer marketing.

• Understanding of media law and brand development.

• Experience in e-commerce.

• Competence in data-driven marketing.

• Ability to develop e-commerce strategies.

• Experience in building and optimizing online shops.

• Familiarity with CMS platforms and web development fundamentals.

• Knowledge of SEO/SEA in the context of e-commerce.

• Solid practical experience utilizing AI tools for content creation.

• Comprehensive understanding of current fundamentals and trends in AI media design, project management, automation, and AI models.

• Proven experience in adult education, with at least 600 hours logged.

• Possession of a pedagogical qualification, such as the AEVO instructor certificate.

• Strong methodological and didactic skills for effective knowledge transfer.

• Ability to present complex content in a clear and target-oriented manner.

• Independent, structured work style coupled with a high degree of personal responsibility.

• Excellent communication skills and a passion for engaging with learners.
