Learning Experience Designer 3

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.

📋 Description

• The Technical Instructor is accountable for delivering training materials to ONTO Service Engineers and Customers.

• Responsible for designing training courses tailored for customers and ONTO service engineers.

• Facilitates technical training courses for both customers and/or ONTO service engineers.

• Collaborates with customers and functional organizations to create specifications for course content.

• Develops lesson plans based on engineering documentation, field service requirements, or software documentation.

• Works alongside engineering, technical support, and manufacturing teams to ensure course material accurately reflects current product features.

• Conducts instruction in both classroom settings and laboratory sessions.

• Performs follow-ups to ensure course materials remain current and relevant.

• Responsible for maintaining the operational readiness of training tools and addressing any equipment issues that arise during or outside of class.

• Must be willing to travel to provide on-the-job training, customer training, and service engineer certification globally.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, is essential.

• A minimum of 5 years of prior technical training experience is preferred.

• Candidates should be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Familiarity with video editing/processing software is advantageous.

• Candidates must be prepared to travel both domestically and internationally and possess a valid passport or entry permission.

• A background in electrical/electronics is required.

• Ability to read electrical schematic diagrams is necessary.

• Knowledge of optics or physics is beneficial for comprehension but not mandatory.

• Experience with electrical equipment such as Digital Multi-meters and Oscilloscopes is important.
