• Design and develop learning solutions, such as eLearning, microlearning, live virtual learning, videos, simulations, and scenario-based training.
• Create comprehensive learning journeys and curricula that foster global skill development.
• Implement instructional design best practices to ensure that learning experiences are engaging, accessible, and effective.
• Craft clear instructional materials, including guides, learner resources, and audio/video scripts.
• Ensure that training content and related materials conform to company branding standards.
• Review learning solutions for functionality and learner experience, addressing any issues prior to launch.
• Collaborate with trainers, subject matter experts, and project teams worldwide to assess and analyze learning requirements to recommend suitable solutions.
• Convert business needs into learning objectives and experiences that enhance performance.
• Communicate confidently with employees and stakeholders regarding the value of learning and the metrics used to measure its impact.
• Lead, support, and oversee the implementation of learning solutions.
• Develop internal communications to advocate for new and updated learning offerings.
• Facilitate or co-facilitate live or virtual training sessions when necessary.
• Assess learning effectiveness using established evaluation methods (such as learner feedback, performance data, and impact measures).
• Utilize data and insights to continually enhance learning design and delivery.
• Contribute to thought leadership and ongoing improvement by exploring new tools, methodologies, and technologies in learning design.
• Maintain and organize learning content and documentation on secure platforms.
• Assist with learning management system (LMS) administration, upgrades, and user training in collaboration with the broader team.
• Use tools, including AI, in a responsible manner.
• Review and update existing learning content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with company standards.
• Demonstrated professional experience in instructional design or learning experience design.
• Extensive experience in designing and developing digital learning solutions (eLearning, microlearning, simulations, videos, virtual learning).
• Capability to design learning experiences for diverse audiences and global learners.
• Strong grasp of instructional design principles and learning frameworks.
• Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (for instance, Articulate 360).
• Strong command of Microsoft Office tools (for example, PowerPoint, Word).
• Skilled in video editing and using video editing software (such as Camtasia).
• Experience utilizing AI tools to support instructional design and learning.
• Familiarity with learning management systems.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent technical writing abilities.
• Strong project management and time management capabilities.
• Actively engaged, collaborative, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Able to adapt quickly and deliver high-quality work within strict deadlines.
• Accountable and dependable, with a strong sense of ownership from concept to delivery.
• Comfortable working independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team.
• Strong learning agility and curiosity, with a proactive approach.
• Proficient in providing outstanding customer service.
• Degree in instructional design, learning sciences, or a related field.
• Experience in creating and editing visual assets for learning (for example, Adobe Illustrator).
• Experience in delivering live or virtual training.
• Additional language skills (for instance, Spanish).
