Learning Deployment Specialist – Senior Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Identifying target learners and predicting the number of classes, participants, and deployment modalities.

• Assist the LSS with the data needed to finalize the learning calendar.

• Ensure that sessions are coordinated with producers and production technologies.

• Collaborate across teams to update and manage rosters.

• Support the LSS in curating level-based eLearning programs.

• Prepare the size and setup of classrooms necessary for supporting classes.

• Ensure the awarding of CE credits.

• Track and follow up with no-shows for classroom training.

• Create and oversee learning compliance tracking.

• Assist with TD&L working groups, projects, and deployments as required.

• Produce VILT sessions and Teams Live Webcasts.

• Set up courses and classes within the LMS, including attendance monitoring.

• Monitor compliance with continuing education (CE) requirements.

• Admit participants and track their attendance.

• Draft producer guides for new learning sessions.

• Review invoices and ensure their accuracy before forwarding them for approvals and payment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in managing logistics for conferences.

• Proficient in Outlook.

• Proficient in Excel.

• Proficient in Zoom, MS Teams, SharePoint, and Office 360.

• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), particularly SuccessFactors, is advantageous.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management abilities.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the capability to build and maintain trusted relationships.

• Willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Ability to independently manage multiple priorities during peak periods.

• Ability to take initiative and thoughtfully prioritize tasks for completion.
