Learning and Development Content Creator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Develop high-quality educational materials in various formats, such as eLearning modules, video-based learning, workshops with facilitator guides, toolkits, playbooks, presentations, digital resources, and capability programmes.

• Collaborate closely with subject matter experts to convert intricate topics into clear, learner-centric experiences that are practical, memorable, and applicable in real-world situations.

• Utilize modern learning technologies, multimedia tools, and AI-driven methods to provide engaging digital experiences at scale, while exploring innovative ways to enhance learner engagement and accessibility, improve user experience, and boost the effectiveness and reach of learning initiatives.

• Develop enablement content that empowers employees to build confidence, capabilities, and performance in areas such as customer value and market insights, product and solution knowledge, sales effectiveness, leadership skills, and professional and personal growth.

• Oversee learning libraries and digital assets to ensure content remains accurate, relevant, and easily accessible.

• Analyze learner feedback and data to enhance effectiveness.

• Create reusable templates, frameworks, and design standards that enhance consistency and efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in creating learning content within a Learning & Development, Enablement, or Digital Learning context.

• Strong expertise in instructional design and a solid understanding of adult learning principles.

• Proficiency with digital learning technologies, authoring tools, video production software, and multimedia platforms.

• Capability to simplify complex ideas and convert them into engaging educational experiences.

• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities.

• Outstanding attention to detail coupled with a creative mindset.

• Curiosity, creativity, a commercial and collaborative attitude, and a pragmatic approach.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Desirable Skills & Experience:

• Experience in supporting commercial, sales enablement, or customer-facing teams.

• Experience in global or matrix organizations.

• Familiarity with AI tools and emerging learning technologies.

• Experience in assessing learning effectiveness and measuring impact.
