This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ecuador.

📋 Description

• Creation and production of content: conceptualize, script, record, and edit audiovisual content in line with brand identity.

• Content management and execution: organize and oversee the content schedule, ensuring timely publication.

• Contextual content & social listening: identify trends, conversations, and opportunities in real-time.

• Community management & connection with CAC: serve as the primary point of contact for the community.

• Real-time coverage: produce live content for brand events.

• Analysis and optimization: evaluate content and campaign performance using analytical tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in mobile editing tools (CapCut or similar).

• Creative judgment and storytelling ability.

• Proficiency with scheduling and monitoring tools (Metricool, Hootsuite, Sprout, or others).

• Technical understanding: lighting, audio, and smartphone usage for producing quality content.

• Data-driven: ability to interpret metrics and make adjustments accordingly.
