📋 Description

• Create compelling educational content, including video scripts, assessments, and text lessons.

• Transform curriculum documents into clear and practical course and lesson plans that facilitate teacher support and enhance student success.

• Utilize your VCE subject expertise to simplify complex syllabus points, producing content that is easy to comprehend and tailored for students.

• Maintain sharp knowledge by staying current with subject content and evidence-based teaching methodologies.

• Adhere to a detailed style guide to ensure content is consistent and appropriate for our audience.

• Manage multiple projects effectively, demonstrating excellent time management skills to meet tight deadlines.

• Collaborate closely with Visual Content Designers, Subject Team Leads, and others to deliver content that is accurate, engaging, and aligns with our brand.

• Contribute ideas and assist in improving our processes through feedback, workshops, and team discussions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of secondary school education, with VCE experience being essential.

• Strong understanding of how to deliver content that effectively supports student learning.

• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to make complex ideas accessible.

• A genuine passion for education and learning design.

• Comfortable collaborating with others and articulating your thoughts clearly.

• Proficient in using project management tools, or willing to learn.

• Demonstrated success in the VCE curriculum, whether as a teacher or student.

• Teaching or tutoring experience is an advantage.

• A keen interest in learning design is beneficial, though training will be provided for newcomers.
