Learner Success Working Student, German Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Build and maintain relationships with trainers, serving as the initial point of contact for inquiries and resolving any issues that arise.

• Enhance the learner experience by addressing questions, tracking progress, and identifying matters that require attention.

• Ensure quality control by reviewing setcards, kickoff decks, and management sync reports prior to their distribution.

• Facilitate the onboarding process for new trainers.

• Participate in delivering selected training sessions following the completion of your ramp-up phase.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree; fields such as Business, International Relations, Occupational Therapy, or Education are ideal, but any area of study is encouraged if you have a willingness to learn.

• Eager to learn and grow; we prioritize attitude above all.

• Enthusiastic about making a difference in people's lives; genuinely invested in understanding learners and their narratives.

• Strong sense of ownership — while we provide support and direction, you should be prepared to take charge of your responsibilities.

• Exceptional communication skills in both English and German; capable of conveying information clearly and professionally.

• High level of organizational accuracy — the Learner Success team must excel in organization and detail-oriented tasks.

• Available for a minimum commitment of 12 months, with a preference for longer durations.

• Proficient and comfortable using AI tools on a daily basis (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) with an understanding of effective workflows.

• Familiar with tools such as Notion, Airtable, and Slack, and interested in how AI is transforming operations.

• Able to maintain a calm and constructive demeanor in challenging situations.

• View operations as a skill to hone rather than a temporary task.
