This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• To provide a comprehensive learning experience that empowers learners to successfully complete their educational programs, reaching their potential and career objectives.
• To operate effectively, continuously innovating alongside our business partners to ensure organizational confidence, cost-effectiveness, and excellence in teaching, learning, and assessment.
• Delivering tailored solutions to address industry skills shortages for both mid-career professionals and new entrants, collaborating with Decoded SMEs to create customized individual learning plans.
• Ensuring the achievement and timely advancement of learners through training, support, and assessment practices.
• Enhancing the abilities, knowledge, skills, behaviors, and confidence of each learner pursuing level 3 and level 4 qualifications.
• Supporting learners in developing their capacity to work confidently, effectively, and independently in life and within the apprenticeship framework.
• Creating personalized learning plans to track learner progress, ensuring critical milestones are appropriately planned and achieved.
• Keeping precise records of each learner’s progress, coordinating the planning and approval of learning activities and assessment decisions, and implementing IQA feedback in BUD/Canvas.
• Proven experience in delivering apprenticeships.
• In-depth knowledge of the UK’s Further Education sector, particularly with regard to Apprenticeships - Familiarity with ESFA and other pertinent education regulators.
• Experience with apprenticeship delivery platforms, preferably including Bud.
• Background in or solid understanding of the technology sector.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines and targets.
• Experience or knowledge in data analysis.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective project management and organizational abilities.
• Demonstrated capability to work independently.
• Proficient knowledge and experience with database software and management systems.
