This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
• Oversee the strategy, implementation, analytics, and frontline support initiatives that empower Phenom to create value across J&C.
• Lead a team dedicated to converting business requirements into effective support, enablement, and operational execution.
• Assist in ensuring users can proficiently adopt and leverage the platform.
• Align platform strategy with daily operational delivery.
• Contribute to establishing the necessary structure, focus, and team environment to maintain a high-quality experience for recruiters and other users.
• Utilize data and feedback to pinpoint opportunities for ongoing enhancement.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading teams in technology operations, systems support, product operations, or a similar field.
• At least 2 years of experience in supporting AI-driven talent technology or enterprise platform solutions within a business context.
• Proven track record in leading adoption, support, or enablement initiatives for essential technology platforms.
• Experience leveraging data, user insights, and operational metrics to enhance service delivery, user satisfaction, or platform efficiency.
• Background in collaborating with cross-functional stakeholder groups to synchronize support models, priorities, and platform results.
• Experience in supporting Talent Acquisition, recruiting operations, HR technology, or similar employee-facing platform environments (preferred).
• Experience managing frontline support or operational teams in dynamic, high-visibility settings (preferred).
• Proven ability to balance strategic planning with practical execution in platform adoption or service delivery tasks (preferred).
• Capacity to develop team capabilities, enhance operational processes, and foster strong partnerships across technical and business stakeholders (preferred).
• Knowledge of platform analytics, change enablement, and user adoption strategies in enterprise settings (preferred).
