This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.
• Take charge of the action planning enablement strategy, establishing standards for plan quality, guidance for leaders, and support resources.
• Deliver tiered leader enablement, offering focused coaching for key leaders and scalable self-service tools for wider audiences.
• Conduct working sessions with leaders to transform listening results into defined commitments, accountability, and follow-through plans.
• Track the adoption of action plans, monitor quality metrics, and observe follow-through behaviors; suggest enhancements and escalate issues when necessary.
• Collaborate with Organizational Intelligence to translate critical insights into actionable recommendations and decision-making support for leaders.
• Work alongside Culture Systems workflows to guarantee that tracking, reminders, and leader access function reliably.
• Create reusable resources (job aids, playbooks, templates) that enhance leader capabilities and minimize reliance on ad-hoc support.
• Facilitate the integration of leader practices into larger change initiatives to ensure that expectations are maintained beyond the action planning phase.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, I-O Psychology, Business, or a related field is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in leader enablement, organizational development, coaching, change management, or internal consulting is required.
• Preferred experience in designing scalable enablement systems and influencing leader behavior across a large population of leaders.
• Strong facilitation and coaching abilities with a practical approach and credibility among leaders.
• Capability to convert data and feedback into clear, actionable items and standards for leaders.
• Comfort with accountability mechanisms and quality assurance in a supportive manner for leaders.
• Proficient in developing written resources and the ability to scale support through reusable materials.
