Lead Workfront Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Set up and maintain Adobe Workfront environments, including dashboards, reports, templates, request queues, custom forms, and workflows.

• Implement and uphold automations, approval routes, intake processes, and governance standards in alignment with established business needs.

• Oversee system administration duties, such as user creation, permissions management, group oversight, and data governance controls.

• Ensure environment health, configuration consistency, and continuous instance upkeep.

• Convert documented business and functional specifications into organized, scalable Workfront configurations.

• Collaborate with architects and analysts to define workflow models, reporting structures, and governance frameworks.

• Record technical configurations and solution decisions for both internal and client-facing documentation.

• Directly contribute to billable client projects through hands-on platform implementation and configuration support.

• Evaluate existing client instances to pinpoint configuration enhancements, optimization possibilities, and process improvements.

• Suggest enhancements based on the evolving capabilities of Workfront, platform updates, and best practices.

• Assist in light automation development and integrations, including exposure to Workfront Fusion or similar tools.

• Aid with data cleanup, restructuring efforts, and performance optimization initiatives.

• Work alongside cross-functional teams, including marketing operations, delivery leads, developers, and solution architects to ensure successful implementations.

• Engage in sprint planning, estimation, and agile delivery ceremonies as necessary.

• Provide configuration quality assurance and assist with user acceptance testing.

• Produce user enablement materials, documentation, and technical handoffs to foster long-term client success.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in configuring and administering Adobe Workfront.

• A solid understanding of project management, creative operations, marketing operations, or enterprise workflow environments.

• Proven experience in building dashboards, reports, templates, custom forms, and automations that align with business objectives.

• Familiarity with Workfront Fusion or similar automation and integration tools is preferred.

• Knowledge of REST APIs, system integrations, and enterprise marketing or project management ecosystems.

• Strong analytical skills, along with troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of functioning in a consultative, client-facing environment.

• Adobe Workfront Core Developer certification is preferred.
