This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and facilitate the end-to-end implementation and configuration of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

• Evaluate business, functional, and integration requirements to devise efficient WMS solutions.

• Set up key WMS modules including Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, Returns, Picking, Shipping, and more.

• Collaborate with both internal and client teams to craft custom logic utilizing client configuration and extensibility tools.

• Assist with API testing (e.g., using Postman) and oversee system integrations with ERP, OMS, TMS, and MHE/automation systems.

• Develop, review, enhance, and maintain SQL queries and stored procedures within relational databases such as Oracle and MySQL.

• Conduct root-cause analysis, debugging, and performance optimization (queries, stored procedures, indexing, execution plans).

• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders throughout the SIT, UAT, go-live, and post-go-live stages.

• Diagnose production issues and address both functional and technical challenges within established SLAs.

• Engage in Agile ceremonies and contribute to initiatives aimed at continuous improvement.

• Maintain high-quality documentation including technical designs, test plans, runbooks, and configuration records.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• 6-8 years of experience in WMS implementations or supply chain execution systems.

• A robust techno-functional background with any WMS platform.

• In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.

• Advanced skills in SQL, encompassing the design and optimization of stored procedures, complex queries, indexing, and performance tuning on relational databases (e.g., Oracle, MySQL).

• Familiarity with API testing tools and system integrations (ERP/OMS/TMS/MHE).

• Proven troubleshooting and debugging capabilities across application, integration, and data layers.

• Exceptional interpersonal, documentation, and communication skills.

• Capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
