• Conduct evaluations and resolutions for customer warranty claims in accordance with Warranty Policy and Standard Work.
• Analyze Customer NU Contract Warranty terms and conditions to assess claim validity.
• Examine technical case resolutions to validate claims and determine appropriate dispositions.
• Implement Lean methodologies to foster a culture of continuous improvement and enhance workstream productivity.
• Develop innovative ideas to maximize customer value and facilitate growth within the GE Gas Power business.
• Spearhead the operationalization of the new warranty governance framework and drive process enhancements.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in processing warranty claims, including familiarity with contract terms, conditions, and warranty policies.
• At least 3 years of combined experience in the installation, operation, service, or technical support of Power Generation equipment.
• Fundamental understanding of Six Sigma DMAIC, 3 x 5 Why’s, or other Root Cause analysis techniques.
• Basic knowledge of LEAN principles and techniques.
