• Collects, evaluates, and presents data regarding various risk management initiatives.
• Oversees requests for certificates of insurance, security arrangements, and inquiries related to international travel.
• Maintains crucial risk management documentation.
• Handles all certificate of insurance requests, including non-standard requests from brokers and carriers.
• Ensures accuracy of new certificates and makes necessary modifications to comply with contract requirements.
• Leads the development and consultation on business resiliency documents with field and internal stakeholders.
• Offers guidance for enhancements to contacts in field offices.
• Keeps precise records.
• Manages security arrangements and inquiries for international travelers.
• Engages with executives and vendors to assess risk levels and determine appropriate secured journey management measures.
• Proactively addresses expedited changes as they arise.
• Serves as a subject matter expert on risk-related projects and initiatives.
• Compiles quarterly bordereau claims reporting data and presents it to leadership and relevant brokers.
• Reviews risk management snapshots of each office by auditing information through OneTrust.
• Identifies risk across the organization and develops, reports, and monitors risk management issues.
• Produces reports, summaries, and presentations to convey findings to key business stakeholders.
• Formulates methodologies for assessing risks throughout the organization.
• Collaborates with team members to effectively analyze and present data.
• Establishes systems and processes for data collection and storage for future analytical projects.
• Assesses physical security audit tracking in accordance with ISO standards.
• Regularly gathers information on foreign insurance placements and updates tracking documents.
• Works with internal stakeholders to maintain the field office contact list on a monthly basis.
• Reviews contracts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management and Insurance from an accredited institution preferred.
• Five (5) years of relevant experience, including three (3) years in corporate risk management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet daily project deadlines.
• Capability to manage multiple projects and programs simultaneously to complete assignments.
• Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to solve problems independently using data.
• Quantitative and analytical skills with a proven ability to grasp new analytical concepts.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including proficiency in presentations.
• Proficient in PC usage, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical and interpretive abilities.
