• Carry out the evaluation and resolution of customer warranty claims in accordance with the Warranty Policy and Standard Work.
• Analyze Customer NU Contract Warranty terms and conditions to ascertain the validity of claims.
• Examine technical case resolutions to validate claims and support their disposition.
• Utilize Lean principles to foster a culture of continuous improvement and enhance workstream productivity.
• Develop innovative strategies to enhance customer value and drive growth for GE Gas Power business.
• Oversee the implementation of the new warranty governance framework and spearhead process improvements.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in processing warranty claims (including contract terms, conditions, and warranty policies).
• Possess a leadership-oriented mindset.
• Highly collaborative, with a proven ability to drive change.
• Capable of identifying customer and business challenges and generating solutions that align with both GE and customer interests.
• At least 3 years of combined experience in the installation, operation, service, or technical support of Power Generation equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Exhibits a high level of energy in the workplace and motivates others.
• Proven experience working within a matrixed global organization.
• Customer-oriented, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely in both written and oral forms at the appropriate level.
