This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Lead a cohesive and energetic team operating in a fast-paced setting.

• Implement NESC, ASCE, ACI, NEC, and other relevant engineering and design standards.

• Oversee a group of engineers conducting engineering analyses and modeling tasks.

• Manage personnel by authorizing timesheets and facilitating the annual performance review process.

• Ensure the quality control procedures are upheld by the execution team.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering; preference given to Civil Engineering.

• Over 8 years of pertinent experience in the design of electric utility transmission systems with a Bachelor's degree, or more than 6 years of such experience with a Master's degree.

• Proficiency in PLS-CADD and PLS-POLE.

• Engineer In Training (EIT) certification is required.

• Strong ability and enthusiasm for fostering staff development through mentoring.
