This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Investigate public records and assess titles to ascertain the legal status of property titles, mainly for residential properties.

• Duplicate or condense recorded documents that influence the title condition of the property.

• Conduct title examinations for intricate title orders requiring advanced title knowledge.

• Verify copies of records to establish ownership and identify legal constraints.

• Compose title products in accordance with procedural guidelines, necessitating interpretation.

• High School diploma or its equivalent.

• Over 6 years of relevant experience.

• Multiple state licenses (as mandated by state regulations) to operate across a wide geographic area.
