Lead Technical Implementation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +25 more states.

📋 Description

• Integrate Solutions Architect methodologies into the delivery lifecycle, executing comprehensive functional and operational solutioning for enterprise clients.

• Configure the Shipium platform and APIs, meticulously reviewing technical setups to guide clients toward industry best practices.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Solutions Engineering teams to navigate intricate technical trade-offs leveraging your extensive knowledge of our product suite.

• Work alongside the Professional Services and Pre-Sales teams to define, estimate, and create proposals for custom configurations.

• Develop, document, and implement scalable, efficient project implementation methodologies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Oversee the technical implementation from the initial kick-off through the post-go-live "hyper care" phase before transitioning to Customer Success.

• Break down complex timeline challenges into actionable elements; proactively identify and communicate technical obstacles or risks to stakeholders.

• Act as the technical cornerstone for the Implementation team—mentoring, coaching, and training team members on advanced technical workflows.

• Serve as a strategic ally to Product and Engineering, advocating for customer needs to directly impact the product roadmap.

• Engage in the hiring and interview processes as we grow, while consistently creating and sharing documentation on integration best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant technical experience in a dynamic SaaS environment.

• Demonstrated success in a customer-facing technical implementation, software delivery, or solutions architecture role within the supply chain technology sector (WMS, OMS, TMS, or Multi-Carrier Shipping Platforms strongly preferred).

• Required expertise in utilizing AI tools to enhance daily workflows, facilitate code generation, troubleshoot issues, or create documentation.

• Direct experience utilizing the Claude/Anthropic ecosystem for technical problem-solving and data parsing is highly preferred.

• Strong proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and contemporary project management systems.

• Bachelor’s degree, or a suitable combination of education and experience.
