Lead Technical Enablement Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create captivating and reusable training materials such as courses, learning modules, and onboarding content specifically designed for technical roles like Sales Engineers (SE) and Technical Architects (TA).

• Facilitate impactful virtual and in-person Bootcamps, engaging workshops, and focused coaching sessions for technical audiences worldwide.

• Enhance the onboarding process for the Solutions Consulting organization to significantly reduce field ramp-up time.

• Collaborate effectively with Solutions Consulting (SC) Leadership, Product Management (PM), Product Marketing (PMM), and Learning Experience Delivery (LED) teams to ensure our curriculum remains aligned with shifting business priorities.

• Successfully manage multiple concurrent projects with cross-functional teams, delivering high-quality outcomes in a dynamic environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in Technical Enablement, Pre-Sales, or Post-Sales roles.

• Strong technical expertise in cloud security, networking, or enterprise security technologies.

• Proven ability to design, organize, and present technical training for both technical and non-technical participants.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with proven comfort in facilitating sessions both virtually and in person.

• A strong analytical approach with a history of identifying skill gaps and developing actionable, measurable improvement plans.
