• The Lead Technical Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst plays a pivotal role in delivering technical expertise across one or more analytics toolsets while contributing individually and leading teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from clinical, administrative, and operational sectors throughout the System.
• Offer analytical tools that facilitate insights, complex data extractions, integrations, reporting, and advanced dashboard visualizations.
• Develop and refine existing metrics to assess ongoing performance indicators.
• Spearhead initiatives to engage with customers and Analytics Team members to fully grasp the problems being addressed.
• Acquire and integrate diverse data sources essential for accurately analyzing needs.
• Diagnose complex technical issues and act as a lead technical advisor for other BI Analysts.
• Oversee projects aimed at analyzing and integrating various data sources to perform ETL into an Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW).
• A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, data science, business administration, statistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.
• A Master’s degree is highly preferred.
• Technical certifications in relevant applications (such as Tableau) are strongly preferred.
• Associate Certified Analytics Professional (aCAP) or another vendor-neutral analytics certification is preferred.
• Expert-level proficiency in one or more of the following tools is required: CCL, SQL, Nomad, Oracle, Vertica, Snowflake, Tableau, Spotfire, Sisense, Qlik, PowerBI, Tableau Prep, Hadoop, Alteryx, Paxata, Trifacta, Altair, Talend, R, SAS, SPSS, Matlab, Minitab, R, Python, dataiku, DataRobot, Cnvrg, Anaconda.
• At least 7 years of professional experience collaborating with customers on the design, creation, and execution of analytics deliverables.
• A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in developing self-service analytic reports and dashboards.
