This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

• Lead technical development teams focused on hybrid mobile applications using React Native.

• Establish architectural guidelines, best development practices, and quality standards.

• Design and integrate backend services, REST APIs, microservices, and integration components.

• Coordinate technical communication among mobile, backend, QA, architecture, security, and infrastructure teams.

• Ensure proper integration with banking systems, legacy platforms, and enterprise services.

• Review code, validate technical deliverables, and promote best development practices.

• Participate in technical estimation, sprint planning, and definition of technical stories.

• Assist in resolving complex incidents, root cause analysis, and environment stabilization.

• Ensure traceability, consistency, and security of information in integration processes.

• Drive continuous improvement, automation, and operational efficiency within the team.

• Experience leading technical teams or development cells.

• Proficient in hybrid mobile development using React Native.

• Strong backend development experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices.

• Knowledge of distributed architectures, systems integration, and enterprise services.

• Experience in projects within the financial sector, banking, or high-availability platforms.

• Familiarity with databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL, or MongoDB.

• Experience with version control and collaboration tools like Git, Bitbucket, Jira, and Confluence.

• Desirable experience with containers, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud technologies.
