This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.
• Deliver strategic talent acquisition collaboration across Global Supply Chain recruitment in Central Europe.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies for Global Supply Chain positions in Central Europe.
• Provide market insights and build talent pipelines throughout the region.
• Ensure a smooth, efficient, inclusive, and high-quality hiring experience.
• Oversee comprehensive recruitment delivery for key and challenging positions.
• Identify talent and workforce risks, proactively advising leaders on mitigation strategies.
• Guarantee that the hiring process is inclusive, fair, compliant, and fosters a positive experience for candidates and stakeholders.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in recruitment by possessing thorough knowledge of talent markets, availability, compensation benchmarks, and business requirements.
• Promote the company's employer brand both internally and externally.
• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Extensive experience in Talent Acquisition/recruitment, with a proven history of filling complex, high-visibility roles across various business functions and markets.
• Advanced proficiency in innovative sourcing, talent mapping, and engaging passive candidates.
• Established capability to influence senior leaders and shape recruitment strategies.
• Strong strategic mindset, effectively linking immediate hiring needs with long-term workforce and capability requirements.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to convert data and market trends into actionable insights.
• Outstanding negotiation and closing abilities, particularly for complex or high-stakes offers.
• Proven mentoring and coaching skills.
• In-depth understanding of industry trends, talent markets, and compensation benchmarks.
• Experience in recruiting within the Global Supply Chain sector is advantageous.
• Preference for candidates who have supported hiring in Hungary and Central Europe.
• Proficiency in both English and Hungarian, in written and spoken forms.
