Lead Systems Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Assist in leading the configuration and administration of Workday.

• Function with a product management approach, performing regular user interviews.

• Design and enhance workflows for optimal efficiency.

• Oversee the Jira service management queue for People Systems.

• Collaborate with IT to establish and monitor integrations.

• Ensure that data is audit-ready for leadership insights.

• Serve as a steward of employee data.

• Spearhead the implementation of new features across the People stack.

⛳️ Requirements

• More than 5 years of practical experience in People Systems/HRIS.

• At least 3 years of extensive configuration experience in Workday (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Security).

• Proven track record of owning a project from identifying a problem to successfully launching a solution.

• Demonstrated capability to think and act as a product manager.

• Hands-on experience with tools that manage Talent Acquisition, Performance/Engagement, and Tier 1-3 Ticketing.

• Familiarity with EIBs, REST/SOAP APIs, and iPaaS tools.

• Knowledge of data architecture and an understanding of how data fields interconnect across platforms.

• Ability to articulate complex technical requirements in a manner that resonates with diverse users.
