Lead Strategy & Operations Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Contributes to and aids in the strategic design, planning, and execution of strategies for programs and processes.

• Supports results-driven initiatives by fostering effective relationships with cross-functional leadership.

• Analyzes statistical data pertaining to programs, projects, and processes, offering actionable alternatives for enhancement.

• Creates communication strategies and materials to effectively back new plans, programs, or processes.

• Facilitates leadership initiatives aimed at continuous improvement of processes and programs.

• Assists in presenting business cases and persuading others to adopt recommended actions.

• Adopts an integrated approach to ensure that initiatives are aligned with the Company's established growth and profit objectives.

• Develops and contributes to strategies aimed at achieving planned objectives.

• Oversees the development and design of new plans, programs, and processes.

• Works collaboratively with business stakeholders to identify needs and challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (4-year).

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

• Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to interpret extensive datasets.

• Proficient in claims management systems and reporting tools.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience in coaching, training, or mentoring team members.

• Sound judgment and decision-making skills.

• Comfortable presenting findings to senior leadership and stakeholders.

• Proven proficiency in end-to-end claims processes, including investigation, evaluation, and resolution, to foster informed decision-making and customer-focused outcomes.
