This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more state.
• Establish strategic partnerships with established-vertical pharmaceutical clients.
• Create and implement multi-year strategic account plans that align with client goals, foster business growth, and build enduring partnerships.
• Cultivate thought leadership in patient engagement and promote industry best practices.
• Evaluate campaign results and generate data-driven recommendations to enhance outcomes and showcase Phreesia’s effectiveness in omnichannel marketing strategies.
• Work collaboratively with Client Experience, Client Solutions, Research, Insights & Analytics, Product, User Experience, and other cross-functional teams.
• Gain expertise in Phreesia’s patient-facing content tools and identify opportunities for platform enhancements and innovation.
• Design pilot programs and formulate strategies to scale successful initiatives.
• Lead brainstorming sessions, workshops, and presentations to align stakeholders and clients.
• Provide guidance on healthcare content strategy, digital engagement platforms, healthcare technology trends, content management systems, and digital healthcare communications.
• Leverage knowledge of the U.S. pharmaceutical landscape, pharmaceutical marketing, and client priorities within established verticals.
• A Bachelor's degree is required.
• Over 7 years of experience in creative strategy, content strategy, content development, population health, health education, health behavior, digital health technology, or a related area.
• Extensive knowledge of the U.S. pharmaceutical industry and its marketing practices.
• Proven experience in managing strategic relationships with major pharmaceutical organizations.
• Capacity to devise strategic, data-driven solutions to intricate business challenges.
• Proficient in presenting ideas, facilitating discussions, and communicating effectively across all organizational levels.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and achieve consensus among diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated curiosity, adaptability, proactivity, and comfort in navigating changing priorities.
• Skill in identifying innovation opportunities and transforming ideas from concept to execution.
• Capability to establish trusted relationships with clients, colleagues, and executive stakeholders.
• Candidates must reside within the United States or Canada in the Eastern or Central timezone regions.
