• Manage the complete service model for custom analytics requests, encompassing intake, scoping, Jira execution, quality assurance, customer review, feedback loops, and service level agreements.
• Act as a customer-facing technical leader, participating in calls to define complex requests, present dashboards, clarify data logic, and convert business inquiries into precise SQL deliverables.
• Establish the benchmark for delivery quality, ensuring that dashboards and queries are accurate, thoroughly documented, and quality-assured against key Triple Whale data sources prior to delivery to customers.
• Enhance the systems and processes that support the team, including ticket routing, request categorization, capacity planning, documentation, and reporting.

• Extensive experience with BigQuery and/or ClickHouse, including performance optimization, handling edge cases, and ensuring data quality.
• At least 2 years of experience managing data engineers, analysts, BI engineers, or a customer-facing technical delivery team.
• Proven track record in managing or enhancing a request-driven service model, including intake, ticketing, quality assurance, service level agreements, delivery standards, and feedback mechanisms.
• Strong customer-facing skills, capable of leading discussions with senior marketing, growth, or data stakeholders and transforming ambiguous business questions into clear technical specifications.
• Practical knowledge of the modern e-commerce data stack, including Shopify, Meta, Google, TikTok, Klaviyo, attribution modeling, and the necessary data integrations.
