This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Serve as a vital member of the account team for your designated territory, engaging directly with prospects and clients during sales processes as a trusted advisor to foster confidence and enthusiasm for Sprinklr’s range of products and their integration with customer systems.
• Lead discovery sessions to gain insights into client objectives, challenges, and desired outcomes related to marketing, social media, customer care, and customer experience (CX).
• Identify potential business opportunities within client prospects by researching and comprehending their go-to-market strategies, as well as pinpointing potential solution hypotheses and value drivers for customer experience initiatives within the prospect’s organization.
• Create and present customized solutions utilizing Sprinklr’s platform, highlighting how our technology adds value across the marketing technology stack.
• Conduct workshops, whiteboarding sessions, and proof-of-concept engagements to illustrate the fit of solutions and their strategic impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing) to deliver engaging demos, develop solution architectures, and align with positive business outcomes and go-to-market strategies.
• Convert complex platform capabilities into business value tailored for both executive and practitioner audiences.
• Keep abreast of industry trends in marketing technology, social media, contact centers, and customer experience to guide solution strategies and client discussions.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and seek opportunities for professional growth through mentorship and peer learning within the global presales team.
• Proven experience as a Solutions Consultant/Sales Engineer in a SaaS company, particularly working with Enterprise clients.
• A strategic thinker with expertise in marketing technology, customer experience, or digital transformation consulting.
• Skilled in guiding prospects and customers through structured problem-solving and value realization frameworks, assisting clients in innovating and transforming their customer experiences.
• Familiarity with platforms such as CRM, Marketing Automation, Social Media Management, Business Intelligence, and CCaaS, along with integration between systems.
• Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels, from C-suite executives to practitioners, possessing strong storytelling and presentation skills.
• A thought leader with a history of publishing, speaking, or contributing to industry discussions.
• Receptive to feedback and dedicated to ongoing learning.
• Exhibits empathy and builds trust swiftly.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%, primarily within the US.
