Lead Solution Engineer – Financial Services

• The Solution Engineer is crucial in aligning cutting-edge strategies with technology solutions within intricate accounts.

• This position emphasizes collaboration with clients and teamwork with internal members to achieve consensus on multi-product technology solutions spanning the various Salesforce product lines.

• Solutions Engineers engage in a diverse range of tasks, including business development, operational strategies, and IT initiatives, as well as conducting product demonstrations.

• This individual must act as a trusted advisor to propel innovative solutions while enhancing business performance.

• Tackle complex and ambiguous business challenges, outline the opportunity landscape, and suggest actionable next steps.

• You will identify customer business requirements, assess needs, and effectively position the most suitable Salesforce multi-product solutions.

• Demonstrate a profound understanding of the customer's enterprise architecture.

• Promote the value proposition of the Salesforce Platform, which includes Financial Services Cloud, HeadlessCRM, Hyperforce, Data 360, Agentforce, MuleSoft, and Slack, while informing customers about customization and integration options.

• Create technical Points of View (POVs) regarding Context Architecture for AI (including RAG, grounding, and real-time data pipelines), Agentic AI Governance, and Hybrid Architecture (human + autonomous enterprise).

• Conduct hands-on workshops with customers and collaborate on executing POCs (proof of concepts).

• Illustrate how connected experiences come to life through both executive-level and business-level software demonstrations and rapid prototyping.

• Develop customized solutions for various personas, highlighting how Salesforce can enhance their business strategies.

• Streamline a client's decision-making process by assessing solution alternatives (such as build vs. buy) and fostering agreement among essential C-level executives and IT stakeholders.

• Lead cross-functional solution guides, align them with the opportunity strategy, and share best practices with the wider Solution Engineering community.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or equivalent relevant experience.

• At least 5 years of professional experience working collaboratively in a team to resolve technical issues in diverse political settings.

• Extensive knowledge of enterprise software applications, relational databases, web technologies, integration principles, and process orchestration.

• Familiarity with machine learning concepts (including predictive and generative AI), experience with GenAI, and the capacity to evaluate emerging AI/Data technologies.

• Exceptional executive presence with strong oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills to communicate complex topics effectively to both C-suite leaders and technical decision-makers.

• Willingness and capability to travel according to territory requirements.
