Lead Software Engineer, ServiceNow Finance

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete ServiceNow implementation for CSM and Finance Enterprise Service Workflows.

• Create scalable and upgrade-safe solutions that adhere to ServiceNow best practices and enterprise standards.

• Conduct technical design reviews and oversee architecture governance.

• Enhance customer experience through modern UI and AI-driven workflows.

• Develop seamless employee experiences utilizing UI Builder and reusable components.

• Guarantee data security, role-based access, and compliance.

• Design Finance-specific workflows and ensure integration with ERP and financial systems.

• Lead development efforts using UI Builder and Next Experience Service portal custom development to enhance existing applications.

• Formulate integration strategies with CRM, ERP, HRIS, Finance, and third-party systems.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, product owners, and the enterprise architect.

• Shape roadmap planning, platform strategy, and prioritization decisions.

• Foster a supportive and collaborative team environment across various groups.

• Assess interdependencies and apply critical/systemic thinking when addressing challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years of comprehensive IT experience.

• 6+ years of practical ServiceNow development and architecture experience.

• Demonstrated ability to lead complex, enterprise-wide ServiceNow implementations.

• Strong grasp of service management, business workflows, and enterprise systems.

• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
