Lead Software Engineer, Java, Kafka

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of professional software engineering experience.

• Demonstrated experience as a technical lead or leader of a development team.

• In-depth knowledge of Java and the Spring ecosystem.

• Experience in building distributed systems and APIs, with a strong emphasis on GraphQL API.

• Familiarity with event-driven systems, with experience in Kafka being a significant plus.

• Proficiency in working with both relational and NoSQL databases.

• Strong grasp of system design principles and architectural patterns.

• Practical experience in troubleshooting complex issues across services.

• Capability to decompose large projects into actionable plans.

• A solid mindset for code review and quality ownership.

• Experience in collaborative environments involving multiple teams.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders.

• Proficient in English at a B2 level or higher.
