📋 Description

• Spearhead the design and implementation of essential platform systems that drive BJAK’s insurance automation ecosystem.

• Convert intricate business and technical requirements into a scalable platform architecture.

• Develop backend systems, APIs, and foundational services utilized across various products and workflows.

• Establish system standards to ensure reliability, scalability, observability, and extensibility.

• Assess architecture and implementation to guarantee long-term maintainability and system accuracy.

• Guide engineers and enhance the overall engineering quality within platform development.

• Collaborate closely with product, operations, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver comprehensive platform capabilities.

• Extensive software engineering experience in building production-grade backend or distributed systems.

• Demonstrated experience in leading the technical delivery of platform or infrastructure-level systems.
