Lead Software Developer – Golang

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

• Crafting, deploying, and sustaining APIs and services primarily in Go, collaborating with the team and sharing best practices through your daily activities,

• Leading and mentoring a small group of engineers in their daily tasks and professional development,

• Recognizing and addressing complex technical challenges in a creative and effective manner,

• Tracking and enhancing key performance indicators.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in managing or mentoring a small team of engineers,

• Over 5 years of experience in designing highly scalable and highly available systems, predominantly in Go,

• You take pride in your engineering methodologies,

• Quality and documentation are integral to your work,

• You possess strong communication skills and are fluent in English.
