This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

• Take food orders, coordinate with the kitchen, and deliver meals and beverages to residents and guests.

• Address resident and guest needs and requests promptly.

• Clean and reset tables.

• Complete designated side work and check out with the Manager at the end of the shift.

• Work with team members to ensure timely room service in accordance with Tray Service/Pick Up policy.

• Keep work areas, china, and equipment clean and sanitary.

• Adhere to state and local food-handling health regulations and personal hygiene guidelines.

• Verify that staff complete their end-of-shift responsibilities.

• Participate in mandatory training, in-services, and staff meetings.

• Provide training or refresh training for staff as needed.

• Maintain a positive and professional attitude with residents, visitors, and colleagues.

• Follow safety protocols for food preparation and back-injury prevention.

• Minimize product and time waste to adhere to budget constraints.

• Carry out other assigned responsibilities.

• No prior experience necessary.

• Previous experience in Food Service is an advantage.

• Serv Safe or other mandatory local, county, or state certifications are required.

• Ability to switch between tasks quickly and efficiently.

• Commitment to food quality, presentation, and cleanliness in kitchen and dining areas.

• Patience and effective communication skills with diverse personalities.

• Attend mandatory training sessions and fulfill department training requirements.
