This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Provide consultation on the strategy for the ServiceNow platform, ensuring that solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable for high-priority projects.
• Lead the development of complex, organization-wide initiatives, overseeing the execution process from design to implementation.
• Act as the primary technical escalation point, resolving intricate issues across the platform and its integrated systems.
• Promote and assist in the adoption of development standards, architectural principles, and best practices to guarantee high-quality and consistent solutions.
• Design and manage integrations with enterprise systems (such as identity, HR, and access platforms), while prioritizing reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to convert business requirements into technical solutions.
• Mentor and support engineers, facilitating code and architecture reviews to enhance team capabilities.
• Foster platform innovation and continuous improvement, including automation, AI features, and an enhanced user experience.
• Extensive knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including advanced scripting, custom application development, modular frameworks, and performance optimization.
• Significant experience architecting multi-system integrations (REST/SOAP, spokes), preferably with platforms like Okta, Workday, and SailPoint.
• Design enterprise-level data models that adhere to frameworks such as CMDB and CSDM.
• Provide technical and architectural guidance for ServiceNow processes and initiatives by influencing platform design and leading essential projects to create scalable and secure solutions.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Angular, React, Employee Center development (widgets and UI components), and modern UI/UX patterns.
• Over 7 years of progressive development experience with ServiceNow, including leading large-scale or platform-wide initiatives in an enterprise environment.
• Demonstrated ability to recommend technical standards, lead code and architecture reviews, and mentor both senior and junior engineers.
• Possess exceptional communication skills, effectively representing the team to senior stakeholders, articulating complex designs, and guiding discussions.
• Have achieved at least the ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
