This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Respond to all inquiries from our advertisements with a turnaround time of less than 1 business day (during business hours on weekdays, this should be under 1 hour).
• Organize messages in the inbox and tracker, ensuring they have the appropriate status.
• Cultivate leads generated to ensure they convert based on the client's ideal conversion event.
• Monitor comments and respond to customer inquiries (according to the client's selected package).
• Add or update existing FAQs and response templates to align with the client's requirements.
• Provide reports or insights on customer interactions in messages and offer suggestions for improvement.
• Proactive and detail-oriented.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Capable of multitasking efficiently.
• Sales experience (preferred but not mandatory).
• Open to candidates from any educational background.
• Must reside in Cebu.
