Lead QA Analyst – Software Implementation, UAT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee UAT test plans in accordance with the implementation scope, requirements, configurations, and business workflows.

• Convert business requirements into well-defined test scenarios and expected results.

• Engage with our clients regarding their UAT testing requirements.

• Supervise offshore QA teams by assigning daily tasks, reviewing their execution, and verifying test evidence.

• Confirm end-to-end implementation workflows, integrations, configurations, permissions, client-specific scenarios, and data arrangements.

• Handle defect intake, triage, prioritization, retesting, and closure processes.

• Report UAT status, identify open risks, blockers, and communicate go-live readiness to project leadership.

• Assist in production validation, conduct post-release smoke testing, and gather insights following implementation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software QA.

• At least 3 years in roles such as QA Lead, UAT Lead, Implementation QA Lead, or Senior QA Analyst.

• Proven experience in managing or coordinating offshore QA teams.

• Strong expertise in enterprise software and business workflow testing.

• Excellent skills in defect management, triage, and risk communication.

• Engage with our clients regarding their UAT testing requirements.

• Familiarity with test management tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, qTest, TestRail, or equivalent.

• Experience in mortgage, fintech, LOS, compliance, document, integration, or configuration testing is highly advantageous.
