Lead Project Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• We are looking for a skilled Lead Project Technician to join our team and assist with a range of client-oriented technology projects.

• This position emphasizes the establishment and management of Microsoft 365 Commercial, GCC, and GCC High tenants, carrying out migration and infrastructure tasks, while ensuring continuous compliance and operational excellence—particularly regarding CMMC-related maintenance activities.

• Engage in or oversee infrastructure initiatives such as network installations, workstation transitions, server setups, and tenant reconfigurations.

• Aid in the deployment and configuration of security and compliance solutions across various environments.

• Support the Support Department with escalations that necessitate advanced troubleshooting or project-level expertise.

• Provide mentorship to Tier I and Tier II team members as required.

• Assist with CMMC/Client On-Boarding, collaborating with clients throughout the tenant construction during implementation phases.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of practical experience in systems engineering, infrastructure projects, or M365 administration.

• Demonstrated experience in deploying and managing Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, Entra ID/Azure AD).

• Experience with GCC and GCC High environments is highly desirable.

• Strong foundation in Active Directory, networking, and Windows Server environments.

• Knowledge of CMMC, NIST 800-171, or other compliance frameworks is advantageous.

• Proficiency in PowerShell or other scripting languages for automation purposes.

• Exceptional documentation, organizational, and communication skills.

• Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently and work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

• Preferred Certifications: Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, Microsoft Certified: Security Administrator Associate, CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification, Any CMMC, NIST, or compliance-related certification (preferred).
