This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation of various transmission, substation, and distribution projects.

• Collaborate with numerous internal and external departments to manage the complete life cycle of capital project execution.

• Assume responsibility for all facets of project performance, including safety, scheduling, budgeting, reporting, and client satisfaction throughout the entire project life cycle.

• Accountable for every phase of the project life cycle, encompassing initiation, planning, execution, monitoring/controlling, and closure.

• Lead and guide the project team to ensure accountability; mentor and support team members.

• Cultivate and sustain positive working relationships with client functional leads and stakeholders.

• Drive initiatives to ensure projects are completed safely, satisfactorily, on schedule, and within budget.

• Assist in the reporting of key performance indicators related to schedule, budget, and other dashboard elements.

• Identify and manage construction risks.

• Recognize, track, and manage changes effectively.

• Engage in communication and consultation with relevant stakeholders and supervisors.

• Prepare reports that present project information in a clear and concise manner, meeting client specifications.

• Analyze challenges and propose solutions to enhance outcomes.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 15 years of experience in Project Management within the Utility, Construction, Engineering, or other related fields.

• Demonstrated experience in managing multidisciplinary teams.

• Background in capital project management.

• Experience serving as a liaison between the firm and the client in a support or lead capacity.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage competing priorities is essential for success.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

• Possession of a high school diploma or GED.

• Willingness to undertake approximately 10-25% domestic travel.
