Lead Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Overseeing small (<5 countries and/or limited services) and medium-sized (5-15 countries and/or full service) projects with general supervision, ensuring the production of project deliverables meets established quality standards, is completed on schedule, and stays within budget.

• Acting as a co-manager for complex international projects/programs, with a secondary focus on delivering project outputs that align with predefined quality standards, while adhering to timelines and budget constraints.

• Commitment to and advocacy for delivery and service principles when engaging with PSI customers.

• Leading project teams effectively.

• Providing training, mentoring, and coaching to study team members.

• Engaging in feasibility research activities.

• Supporting business development efforts, including crafting proposals, preparing client presentations, participating in bid defense meetings, and similar tasks.

• Enforcing company standard practices and ensuring compliance with internal departmental procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the clinical research industry.

• At least 2 years of experience in project-level clinical project management, encompassing all phases of project management from initiation to completion.

• Preferred experience in Oncology, with additional experience in Gastroenterology and/or radiopharmaceuticals considered advantageous.
