Lead Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Ensure the effective implementation of intricate initiatives.

• Manage program and project oversight from inception to completion.

• Handle multiple simultaneous initiatives involving operations, compliance, quality, and member experience.

• Create, communicate, and execute detailed operational plans for Medicare and Duals-related programs and projects.

• Lead several complex initiatives concurrently.

• Collaborate with stakeholders from various cross-functional teams.

• Track project progress and performance, proactively identifying and addressing issues.

• Develop schedules, budgets, forecasts, and work specifications for programs and projects.

• Coordinate both internal and external resources, including vendors and contractors.

• Facilitate communication across programs with leaders to manage interdependencies.

• Conduct regular status meetings and generate reports for executive-level review.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or at least 5 years of experience in project leadership.

• Proficient in utilizing project management tools and methodologies.

• Demonstrated experience in leading multi-workstream initiatives with varied stakeholder groups within a matrixed organization.

• Outstanding problem-solving and critical-thinking skills; capable of navigating ambiguity and making informed decisions.

• PMP certification, Lean Six Sigma, or Agile experience is advantageous.

• Exceptional skills in communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management.

• Experience in the healthcare sector.
