This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Take ownership of the roadmap and long-term vision for our digital application experiences.
• Examine user behavior, funnel metrics, and customer feedback to continuously optimize and enhance the current digital application process, leading to improved conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
• Standardize and unify the digital experience across our various loan products, ensuring a seamless and intuitive interaction set for our customers.
• Design, test, and implement intelligent cross-sell capabilities within the digital application flow to maximize customer lifetime value, ensuring no additional friction is added to the core application.
• Work closely with our phone sales and operations teams to create a smooth omnichannel experience, allowing customers to transition effortlessly between self-service digital tools and human support without losing context or progress.
• Adapt and design our digital experiences to work efficiently with both internal and external AI agents, serving as an aid or proxy for our human sales and support teams, preparing our platform for next-generation automated interactions.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, compliance, and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
• At least 6 years of proven product management experience, successfully launching and scaling consumer-facing digital products.
• A background in fintech, consumer lending, or financial services is highly preferred, along with a solid understanding of top-notch financial consumer experiences.
• Proven experience in developing consumer-facing tools that integrate with complex internal and external systems.
• Experience with AI technologies is advantageous.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, coupled with a structured and rigorous thought process, resulting in effective documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Capability to drive success through the definition of clear business outcomes, rapid product iteration, and efficient prioritization.
• Strong ability to utilize data to inform product decisions, identify friction points in the conversion funnel, and assess the success of new features.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence without direct authority, aligning diverse stakeholders around a common product vision.
• A degree in Computer Science or an equivalent qualification.
