E-commerce Account Manager – Full-time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Autonomous management of various client accounts

• Development of new product listings on Amazon

• Configuration of PPC campaigns (no prior experience necessary)

• Liaison with Amazon Support for resolution of listing issues

• Formulation of checklists and procedural guidelines for support staff

• Assisting clients with inquiries related to selling on Amazon

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess prior experience with Amazon and are not transitioning from another career

• You have successfully created and published products on Amazon in the past

• You are familiar with tools such as Helium10 and the Amazon Advertising Console

• You can independently develop new processes

• Quick to grasp concepts and exhibit strong self-discipline

• You think ahead and can resolve complex problems independently
