This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
• Take ownership and collaboratively manage the product backlog for designated consent and preference platform functionalities, ensuring consistency with the multi-year enterprise roadmap.
• Convert enterprise strategy, regulatory obligations, and business requirements into precise product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with our Next Best Action team, engineering, architecture, and delivery teams to strategize, implement, and launch platform improvements punctually and with high quality.
• Balance immediate business priorities with long-term platform scalability, maintainability, and compliance.
• Lead the development of specific platform functionalities, including consent capture, preference updates, suppression logic, policy enforcement, and downstream activation.
• Facilitate platform integration with Next Best Action.
• Ensure that consent and preference data models, APIs, and workflows comply with enterprise standards and regulatory directives.
• Confirm that platform capabilities support omnichannel use cases across web, mobile, CRM, contact centers, and third-party integrations.
• Identify dependencies, risks, and trade-offs, escalating decisions as necessary.
• Serve as a crucial product partner to NBA, Marketing, Digital, CRM, Customer Service, Legal, Privacy, and Compliance teams.
• Assist in the onboarding and adoption of the platform by business units through enablement, documentation, and collaboration.
• Work in tandem with enterprise data, identity, and analytics teams to ensure the accurate and reliable use of consent and preference data.
• Act as a primary product escalation point for delivery teams and business stakeholders on a daily basis.
• Ensure that consent and preference experiences are user-friendly, transparent, and aligned with customer trust expectations.
• Promote customer-centric design patterns that effectively communicate data usage, choices, and controls.
• Integrate feedback from customers, compliance, and operations into product iterations and enhancements.
• Monitor and report on product-level KPIs such as consent capture rates, preference usage, data quality, error rates, and activation success.
• Collaborate with the Director to identify opportunities to minimize operational friction, manual processes, and compliance risks.
• Oversee platform performance and integration health, driving necessary corrective actions and enhancements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, platform product ownership, or digital capability delivery.
• Strong knowledge of consent, preference, privacy, or customer data management concepts.
• Familiarity with Next Best Action platforms, AI platforms, or intelligent platforms.
• Experience managing intricate backlogs for enterprise platforms used across multiple channels and business units.
• Proven ability to translate regulatory or policy requirements into functional product capabilities.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with cross-functional technology, legal, compliance, and business teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the capability to clearly convey requirements and trade-offs.
