📋 Description

• Take charge of the entire consumer journey — from initial discovery and education to onboarding, treatment, and ongoing engagement.

• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to integrate AI into the fundamental consumer experience.

• Drive projects through the ideation, development, and launch phases of innovative customer experience features.

• Work alongside our clinical teams to ensure that protocols, safety, and education are integral to the product experience.

• Contribute to the development of both short and long-term roadmaps, focusing on long-term scalability while managing daily enhancements.

• Optimize efficiency within a rapidly growing organization that operates in a constantly changing environment.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in Product Management, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Background in a consumer-focused product role; experience in health, wellness, or pioneering 0-to-1 products is an advantage.

• A well-defined perspective on how AI can significantly transform the consumer healthcare experience, and a strong enthusiasm for embedding it into the core of the product.

• Proficiency in working with AI agents and developing AI-native workflows and systems.

• Operating with an AI-native mindset is second nature to you. You engage with agents as seamlessly as most Product Managers interact with documents — fluently, consistently, and as a fundamental aspect of your work.

• A proven history of developing and launching products that delight customers and yield substantial business results.

• Both strategic and tactical experience in designing, building, and implementing scalable processes from the ground up, preferably in an operations-heavy setting.
