This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Reporting to the Head of Product Operations and representing the team as it expands.
• Leading a team of Product Managers and assisting in recruitment efforts.
• Facilitating the integration of career progression pathways utilizing our development framework for personal advancement.
• Offering support to the team through mentorship and coaching.
• Serving as an escalation point for the team, assisting in the removal of internal and external obstacles as necessary.
• Aiding in the allocation of Product Managers to various projects.
• Identifying the training and development needs of the team.
• Guiding clients through their digital transformation journey, ensuring the establishment of long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers.
• Collaborating with the team to enhance, shape, and organize the Product Management operational methodologies.
• Demonstrates a strong passion for Product Management and a desire to stay informed about emerging trends while experimenting with innovative tools and techniques.
• Possesses recent, relevant experience in leading product-focused engagements.
• Has knowledge and experience with Product Management frameworks and methodologies for ongoing discovery and delivery.
• Strongly committed to developing talent at all levels, from junior to senior.
• Experienced in product research and gathering evidence to back value propositions.
• Capable of using data to inform decisions and guide the product's trajectory towards the client's north star.
• Previous experience in an agency or consultancy setting.
• Familiarity with web and mobile technologies and best practices.
• Ability to lead and facilitate discovery workshops with clients while effectively communicating ideas.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and providing clarity in various situations.
