Lead Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the strategy, roadmap, and overall outcomes for Flow from start to finish.

• Create onboarding experiences that encourage quicker activation, increased adoption, and sustained customer trust.

• Guide and mentor Product Managers, enhancing product thinking, execution, and customer empathy within the team.

• Regularly engage with advisors, enterprise partners, and internal teams to identify friction points and influence product direction.

• Collaborate closely with design and engineering teams to transition from concept to a launched product efficiently and thoughtfully.

• Spearhead cross-functional launches alongside Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams, using feedback and data to continually refine the experience.

• Establish clear success metrics and leverage data to inform prioritization and product decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in product management, demonstrating a history of owning products from inception to completion in SaaS, fintech, or wealthtech sectors.

• More than 3 years of experience in the wealthtech industry or in designing workflows for financial advisory services.

• Strong expertise in wealth management or financial services, with a comprehensive understanding of advisor workflows and client experiences.

• A customer-centric approach and robust product instincts backed by research, data, and genuine user challenges.

• Proven experience in simplifying complex workflows, enhancing onboarding experiences, or driving adoption in B2B or B2B2C products.

• Excellent cross-functional leadership abilities and the capacity to influence teams across product, design, engineering, and go-to-market functions.

• Ability to balance long-term strategic vision with practical execution and delivery.
